BangGood.com is easy navigable and user-friendly. I like how they categorize their stocks accordingly. It’s very clean and organized.
The product ratings represented with the starts is also a very good strategy for every visitor to easily check customer feedbacks on each product. The site is complete with information a visitor will possibly look for.
There is just a little inconvenience on my part when I have to hold the mouse and scroll down from top to bottom. Maybe, moderate the arrow up and down to lead the visitor to the next section and not directly to the top most portion of the page.

I bought two phones from Banggood on two different occasions. Both became faulty within a week of use. One was replaced ok (still had to wait months and pay for the postage to return it though!), the other one was replaced with a used phone. This has since failed after a couple of months. They refuse to replace it as they have only a 1 months warranty policy! My opinion? Don’t bother buying from them for the sake of saving a few quid! Total charlatans!!!

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences trying to buy a tablet from Aliexpress (thankfully both times resulted in a refund). It’s now three months later and still no tablet ! I looked at the market and Banggood had the tablet in stock and the price was right. I ordered and the goods arrived, well packed and working straight out of the box. Good communication, good service and good products (with keen pricing). Have used them since and would recommend them.

Ordered two eco-leather bags from BangGood, the processing time was extremely short and the package arrived within 10-12 days instead of 1.5 months it normally takes to have any package delivered to my city. The product quality was high and they did a good job packaging the bags safely. The shipping turns out to be free if your order is worth 30$ or more (at least for Russia and also the neighbor countries, I suppose), but even if you’re purchasing goods for less than 30$, the shipping rates remain very reasonable (within 5$ as I noticed).

The most expensive shipping methode over 20usd, also in less than 10 days. It’s important to take good notice about the shipping methode before ordering.
