Impression of the BuySKU Shopping Site
BuySKU is complete what is necessary in an online shop: a list of products with its corresponding categories, price, testimonials, important links and deals. The product positioning will give shopping convenience to the customers. However, when I tried searching for “money making” in their search box, it doesn’t give me any information. The term “money making” should be searchable since it is one of the unique values of BuySku. Also, there is no banner in the homepage of the site that will tell people that they have this great offer.
BuySKU Review of the Products
Looking at the pictures, BuySku products seem durable. They have the latest designs and the latest technology with a long list of product choices. But when we check reviews from Reseller Ratings, we read similar comments about their products – item not working well and customer service not that prompt to attend to their needs. Take this for example.
“I am having a really hard time getting a response to my email. I bought a tablet and having a really hard time getting it to work. The instructions were also not sent in English so I have no starting point in setting up my tablet :-(“
If you sell in an international market, you have to make sure that you provide instructions based on the language of your customer. This convenience will make them appreciate your initiative.
BuySKU Review of Payment and Shipping process
Some customers of BuySku say that they are satisfied with the shop’s delivery; there are also others who are disappointed.
One customer says, “Worst sellers ever. I waited over a month for the product. I even contacted customer service three times. They were useless. Product apparently ships from China. I even paid expedited shipping.”

One thing that I noticed with BuySKU is that they don’t have an online chat support system. Most online shops are doing this to address all customer queries in auto-pilot. But BuySKU missed this opportunity. Although they have 24 hours customer support, it is still best if their customer representatives are visible to the shoppers.
On a lighter note, despite the number of people who are not happy with BuySKU, their customer representatives never fail to respond to each customer’s complain. Below each customer’s BuySKU review are reassuring words from their customer service team.
But then again, they should be sensitive on the needs of their customers by making themselves available and accessible anytime of the day.
