When searching on the internet I found a lot of different FocalPrice Reviews on this site. Ratings vary from mainly absolutely positive, to absolutely negative. Time to take a closer look.
Focal Price is an E-commerce site in China that has a wide selection of electronic products. It has 77,000 items available online which includes smart phones, tablets,Iphones, cellphone accessories and the like.
Focal price is known because of its “best price” products. Their 10-70% price difference among their competitors attracts many customers worldwide. Despite a great deal in price, there are still customers who are complaining about the quality of product.
Others are also unhappy about the delay in shipping which could take up to 50 days or almost two months.

Impression of the FocalPrice Shopping Site
The way FocalPrice organize their 70,000 products per category is impressive. They made things easier for each customer to locate new product arrival, hot deals, featured items, hot categories, and daily deals.
I also love the idea how they presented recommended products to their customers. This only shows that they value customer shopping experience.
So if customers want to buy custom DIY cases, then it would be easier for them to identify which one to buy by just scrolling down the recommended DIY cases.
The word “recommended” is very influential to every customer. Seeing that word may change the buying decision of the customer.
Focal Price Review of the Products
When I check other FocalPrice Reviews in ResellerRating and Trust Pilot, I noticed that most client complains has something to do with the product quality.
It’s like paying less and getting a less in terms with quality. Hence, I wasn’t surprise if ResellerRating give FocalPrice a rating of 2.5 out of the 4,044 reviews. Even if you check TrustPilot reviews, the customer have the same sentiments – low quality products.
One customer says,
“They sent me a defective tablet and They don’t want me to return the money. They are liars and not complying with they say. Don’t buy any tablet on FocalPrice. They’ll cheat and they don’t return the money. I’ve spent 170 euros on the tablet, 40 in return shipping and did not return the money.
DON’T BE FOOLED!”
I noticed that most of the products that people are complaining about are the tablets.
“I ordered a new Ainol tablet but received a used one with scratches/dirt and inside stripes. Never deal again with a company who is sending used items. Asked for a refund of 50%, but got finally only 30% after weeks of e-mail traffic, sending photos etc. Please avoid Focalprice.”
FocalPrice Review of Payment and Shipping process
FocalPrice has a Warehouse in the UK, called MixWall. Shipping from the UK to Europe will take 3 days. But shipping is not free. You need to calculate this in your price.
It’s difficult to extract good FocalPrice Reviews from other people. Lots of comments like: good prices, I’m happy and comments like: scam, bad products. Always remember, satisfied people do not complain. But unsatisfied do. I found a lot of complaints about the delivery time. The fast delivery doesn’t do its job. So choose the normal shipping method and be patient.
Focal price offers free shipping by airmail. Although they say that they are optimizing their shipping process to expedite the transportation of goods, many customers are still complaining with shipping delays.

The problem with FocalPrice is that, even if the customer has paid the product, there is still a delay with the shipment process. One customer is very frustrated because of this dilemma.
“Terrible!!!
Today is March 7, 2013, and just found out my order hasn’t been shipped yet. When I purchased the item Sunday, March 3rd, I paid good money to have it delivered in 4 or 5 days. I never received a shipping notification all week. I found out it wasn’t shipped by logging on their site today.”
FocalPrice Review of Customer Care
The number of unhappy and frustrated customers is noticeably high. When I checked FocalPrice Reviews, there are two things I noticed. First problem is either because of a defective product or a delay in shipping. Another thing that stirs their anger is that customer representatives are very slow in responding OR they don’t respond at all.
And if by chance they can contact their customer representatives, customers are even more frustrated because Focal Price will not refund money for cancelled transactions due to shipping delays.
However, despite the bad reviews from different buyers, there are still some customers who were happy with how polite and helpful their customer representatives were.
