From the name itself, PriceAngels is a Chinese online shop that sells electronic products at a very low price. For some people PriceAngels is a blessing from heaven which answers the needs of the consumers by offering products at a bargain price without suffering the product’s quality.

PriceAngels remained true to its commitment.  If a customer finds a particular product sold cheaper from other store, then they can request for a Price Match. This means PriceAngels will give the customer the product lesser than the price of their competitor. This is one core strategy of PriceAngels that made their customer stick to them. A great strategy, isn’t it? So it’s no longer a surprise why PriceAngels get positive reviews about their pricing strategy.

While other people are happy with PriceAngels’ pricing approach, there are still other customers who are frustrated about the shop. People are complaining about wrong product shipment, low quality products, and the like. Read on to learn more.

When I tried to check if the site priceangels.com is safe for browsing, I find out that PriceAngels website is not included in the list of suspicious sites. According to the report , there are no malicious content found in the site within 90 days. Another good thing about PriceMatch web store is that it the load time is fast and lay out is simple yet not too busy in the eyes. They also offer endless discounts and coupons in buying products at a lesser price. PriceMatch also offers great money making opportunities to its customers.

PriceAngels claimed to have extensive product quality control to ensure a great customer experience. But contrary to these are some frustrated customers who are not happy about their products.

“I ordered a tablet from Price Angels on 1/7/13 and it arrived 1/26/13. Both the tablet and the power cord were damaged. “

PriceAngels Review of Payment and Shipping process

PriceAngels accepts both online and offline payment. You can pay them online through Paypal which is the recommended payment method, PayAnyway which includes Russian payment methods (WebMoney, yandex.money, moneta.ru, Moscow Credit Bank JSC, Elecsnet, Contact, Internet-bank), Ebanx for Brazil customer, and WebMoney (note that they only accept USD currency for now).

For Offline, you can pay through Western Union and Bank Transfer. Once payment is complete, PriceAngels will give you your transaction number or information.

Offline payment is good but I would still highly recommend paying through Paypal because it is free, more secured because of their SSL Technology and traceable where  you can easily trace your payment status through your Paypal information.

PriceAngels also offers  free shipping worldwide to all products through Airmail. The Free Shipping through this method would depend on the number of items ordered and the weight.  If your item weighs more than 2KG or exceeds the 90cm package size, then PriceAngels will ship it automatically through EMS which is still free, except for destinations like South America, East Europe and Africa.

When I scour the web, I read different PriceAngel’s Review from customers. Reading people rants and bad experiences scares me to shop at PriceAngels. Although PriceAngels pricing strategy attracts many buyers, it cannot be denied as well that there are customers who were disappointed with their customer service. Check this PriceAngel Review from one customer:

“There is absolutely no customer service. No phone number. No address. No live chat(even though there’s a link for it its always offline.”

I tried to check if what the customer is saying is true. I meticulously checked the site for their phone number. Well, it’s true that they don’t have digits to call to not even an office or factory address. There is a live chat but when I clicked on it, it redirects me to the wrong page.

Before the website’s footer you will see four options for customer assistance. I don’t understand the purpose of the Customer Service Express page when there was no option for me to get a fast customer support. They redirected me instead to the FAQ page. I think they go the wrong redirection again. The Customer Service Express link should be redirected here http://www.priceangels.com/CSExpress.action and not to the FAQ page. There is a problem with the site’s correct link redirection.

I checked their LIVE CHAT link again (this is the second link located at the bottom) and good thing that it redirects me to the right page this time. I put my message and hit enter but I still haven’t received a feedback from PriceAngel. Again, the live chat is misleading again. It should be “ONLINE CHAT” instead of “LIVE CHAT”…

Nevertheless, even if there were minor problems in reaching their customer representatives, one customer still say,  “Good quality and fast customer service, don’t listen to all these bad reviews just order and see for yourself”
