Impression of the TheChinaInventory Shopping Site

When I first visit the site, I was happy to see relevant information about TheChinaInventory shop. The part where it says “what our customer said” is a great trick to entice customer. However, when I opened the links, all tags redirect me to a misleading page that lists the new arrival items. This shouldn’t be the case. Say, when visitors click on “Very Cool Item” tag, it should redirect them to a page that proves the claim. Fixing this will give confidence to the buyers because of the reliability of the information presented.

TheChinaInventory review section is great though except for a few dead links. There are few links which redirect me to an empty page. This is something very frustrating on the part of the customer when they expect to find information and there is nothing to be found.

TheChinaInventory Review of the Products

There is a little doubt after I read all positive TheChinaInventory review about the jewelry store. I was in doubt if the reviews were fabricated or real. But when I checked their Ebay reviews, my qualms were answered. I figured out that in the last 12 months, there are 288 positive reviews and 2 negative feedbacks recorded in Ebay.

Apart from their quick product delivery, TheChinaInventory is praised by many because of their cutting-edge products. One TheChinaInventory Review says,

I shared it with my boyfriend.One piece was shining (perfect for a girl), the other twin piece was less shining (perfect for a man).So much better than those hearts-necklace which you can break in two pieces, this is more original and beautiful.

TheChinaInventory Review of Payment and Shipping process

Most of previous customers commend the fast-shipping of TheChinaInventory. This quality is something that their customers are very happy about.

Although TheChinaInventory uses the standard Air mail in delivering goods, they still keep their promise to send their products to their customers on time. With the 5-20 days normal delivery schedule, so far I haven’t read any negative TheChinaInventory Review on their shipping process.

TheChinaInventory Review of Customer Care

I haven’t really read any feedback pertaining to TheChinaInventory customer service. So I decided to try their live chat offline. I clarified if they require minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. I tried to contact them a few times on live chat but even if they say it’s online, I still got no operator to help me.  I also left an offline message and didn’t get a response within 24 hours. Also, I didn’t get a confirmation email about my query.

I am personally not happy with their customer service. I would suggest, since they serve international clients, that they have 24-hour live online representatives who can attend customer queries in autopilot.
